Ronald Dale West, age 39, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 in Horse Cave, KY. He was self employed carpenter and a member of Wilkerson Temple United Methodist Church.
He was the son of Talmadge Delano West of Horse Cave, KY and Gracie Jane Davidson West of Munfordville, KY. He is also survived by one daughter, Makenzi Ryan Self, Upton, KY; one son, Braxton Niles Smith, Horse Cave, KY; one sister, Talma Springer and husband Jim, Ventura, CA; four brothers, Earnie West, Horse Cave, KY, Scott West and wife Pamela, Park City, KY, Ralph Jones and Colien Stovall, Cave City, KY, Marty Jones, Horse Cave, KY; several nieces nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister, Marqueita Carroll.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Sean Riggs officiating. Interment will be at Cherry Springs Cemetery, Cub Run, KY. Memorial contributions can be made to Brooks Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
