Ailene F. (Brown) Burden
November 18, 1927 — January 3, 2016
Ailene F. Burden, age 88, of Hodgenville, KY, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. She was a loving mother, grandmother, homemaker and of the Church of God Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Abby Brown and Clara Marie Barnett Brown; husband, Musker L. Burden and son, Homer C. Dale Burden.
She is survived by two daughters, Darlene Larimore and husband "Slick", Munfordville, KY, Kay Kendall, Mt. Washington, KY; two sons, Danny Burden and wife Carole, Bonnieville, KY, Larry Burden and wife Sharon, Munfordville, KY; fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT, Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home in Munfordville, KY and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home, 4895 N. Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM ET, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Troutman and Bro. Larry Fuqua officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Eden Cemetery, Shepherdsville, KY.
