Apostle Allen Dice, age 74, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, He was employed by Mid-West Logistic Systems and a former employee of Semline LLC Trucking. He was the founder and Pastor of Wigwam Full Gospel Church in Cave City. He was the founder of the Full Gospel Association of Churches. He was the son of William "Boots" Dice and the late Mary Mundy Dice. Apostle Allen Lane Dice acquired many memorable and honorable achievements throughout his life which included a degree obtained by Simmons Bible College in Hopkinsville, KY. Honors Through the Kentucky Baptist Missionary Convention where he held position as the Executive Asst. under the presiding President in 1998. He also obtained his Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Great Commission Theological Seminary, recognized by the Governor Paul Patton and awarded as a Kentucky Colonel and obtained license of being a Kentucky Notary, all in the year of 1998. He was elected Asst. Bishop of Alpha & Omega under the leadership of Bishop O.C. Coleman, in 2001. Throughout the many years a devoted husband, father, and Pastor, in the year of 2021 he was ordained by the College of Apostles, Bishops and respective clergy as an ordained Apostle of the Gospel of God, under the leadership of Apostle Robert Galloway and Bishop Eddie Garrett.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dora "Libby" Elizabeth Howard Dice; three daughters, Kelly Perry and her husband Stanley, Hardyville, KY, Karen Arnold and her husband Dennis, Glasgow, KY, Liz Hamilton and her husband Bronson, Cave City, KY; six adopted daughters, Kasandra Dice, Bowling Green, KY, Tremekia Randolph and her husband Ryce, Nashville, TN, McKalia Jessie and her husband Travis, Glasgow, KY, Dianca, Mahogany and Ebony Dice all of Bowling Green, KY; two adopted sons, Johntaye and Malik Dice, Glasgow, KY; three sisters, Beverly Graham, Bowling Green, KY, Virginia Lewis, Bowling Green, KY, Anita Pearson, Bowling Green, KY; four brothers, John Dice and his wife Hazel, Louisville, KY, William Dice, Horse Cave, KY, David Dice and his wife Mary, Dunn, SC, Mark Dice, Hardyville, KY; 22 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 2:00 -8:00 PM CT Friday, October 14, 2022 at Brooks Funeral Home and after 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM CT Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Wigwam Full Gospel Church. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM CT at Wigwam Full Gospel Chuch with Bishop Melvin Cuff and Bishop Dennis Lyons officiating.

Burial will be in the Allen Seminary Church Cemetery.
