Arleen Glass

Arleen Glass, age 87, of Louisville, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015  at Regency Center in Louisville, KY.  The Cub Run native was the son of the late Joe Glass and the late Haley  Glass McDowell. He was retired maintenance worker at Franklin Indiana Masonic Home and a 32nd degree Mason with Ninefh Lodge 317 F&AM.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Glass;  one step son, Joey McPeak;   one brother Willard Glass and 2 step brothers Eugene McDowell and Ova McDowell, 2 step-sisters Anna Sedlar and Ora Meredith, He is survived by two sons, Willard Allen Glass and wife Lori, Louisville, KY, Danny  Ray Glass, Louisville, KY; one step son, Jimmy McPeak and wife Lori, Indiana; one sister, June Rowe and husband (Donnie), Louisville, KY; one brother, Junior McDowell and wife Debbie, Munfordville, KY;one sister-in-law, Frances Glass of Munfordville; one step sister,  Barbara Lotze, Louisville, KY;  four grandchildren and several great grandchildren also survive

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, June 1, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, June 1, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Freddie Vertrees and Bro. Vernon Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Cherry Springs Cemetery, Cub Run, KY.
