Brenda Sue Hazelwood Hornback, age 59, of Cave City, KY, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY.
The Louisville native was the daughter of the late Kendle Hazelwood and the late Beatrice Hazelwood.
She is survived by a companion: Kenneth Sanders, Cavve City, KY;three daughters: Lisa Kirby, Rineyville, KY, Tracy Hawkins, Elizabethtown, KY, Brenda Lape, Rineyville, KY; one son: Danny Hawkins (Lisa), Louisville, KY; one step-son: Steve Sanders (Leann), Horse Cave, KY; ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Quinn Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brooks Funeral Home.
