April 20, 1941 — June 11, 2014
Charles Luther Blair, age 73, of Canmer, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at his residence in Canmer, KY. He was a retired construction worker and Mormon. He was the son of the late Colonel Russaw Blair and the late Lillie Mae Blair and the husband of the late Mildred C. Blair.
He is survived by two daughters, Rachel Lynn Gregory, Glasgow, KY, Nancy Ketnrah Compton and husband Scott, Glasgow, KY; two sons, Charles L. Blair, Jr. and wife Kimbre, Magnolia, KY, Abner Wade Blair, Merritt Island, FL; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren. Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Peter Vaughn Blair; two brothers, Colonel Bailey "C.B." Blair, and Cecil Thomas Blair.
Mr. Blair has chosen cremation. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home.
