Christine French, age 85, of Middletown, KY, passed away Friday, November 4, 2011, at her son's residence in Carrollton, KY. The Hart County native was retired from food service with the Jefferson County Board of Education.
She was the daughter of the late William Puckett and the late Ethel Sturgeon Puckett.
She is survived by three sons: Charles French, Carrollton, KY, James French, Jackson, TN, Rodger French, Arlington, VA; one sister: Elizabeth Reynolds, Louisville, KY; one granddaughter: Christy Burton; one great grandaughter: Jennifer Dispontette.
Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:30 am, Sunday, November 6, 2011. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:30 AM, Sunday, November 6, 2011. Interment will be in the Sturgeon Family Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
