David Lee Brooks

David Lee Brooks, age 43, of Upton, KY, passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 in Shelbyville, KY. He was employed by S & S Construction. The Indianapolis native was the son of the late Ecil Brooks and the late Ann Brooks.

He is survived by two sons, Cody Brooks and companion Lexi Smith, Devin Brooks both of Upton, KY; two brothers, Roger Brooks, Indianapolis, IN, Jeffery Brooks, Georgia; one granddaughter, Addilynn Brooks.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday, December 14, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, December 14, 2015 at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
