Diane (Hazel) Haskins

Diane Haskins, age 76, of Jeffersonville, IN, passsed away Thursday, December 24, 2015, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. She was a retired from the Jewish Hospital and a member of Bates Memorial Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late John Hazel and the late Eliza Sims.

She is survived by one son, Ronald Terry, Jeffersonville, IN; eleven step children including Thomas Haskins; two sisters, Patty Lou Rice, Ella Cooper; four brothers, Lewis Clark, John Allen Hazel, James Robert Clark, Jimmy Clark; two grandchildren, Akyia Terry, D'Ron Terry and wife Natalie; three geat-gandchildren, seventeen nephews, twelve nieces. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Haskins; sisters, May Eula Sweatt, Ruby Clark, Lillian Hazel and a brother Gene Autry Clark.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Bearwallow Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Bearwwallow Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Williams and Rev. Carl Reed officiating. Interment will be at Bearwallow Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY.
