Dona Carver, age 82 of Canmer, KY passed away Monday, June 1, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a homemaker and along with her husband, Gary, she owned Carver’s Frame Shop. She enjoyed sewing and collecting Corning Ware. Throughout Dona’s life her love was her family, attending sports for her son and then her grandchildren. She was known all around for her Christmas decorations, it was her favorite holiday. Dona will be missed by so many.

She is the daughter of the late Lloyd Logsdon and the late Odie Bratcher Logsdon.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Gary Carver; two sisters, Vernie Devore and Etta Puckett.

She is survived by her son, Gary L. Carver II and his wife, Marla, Smiths Grove, KY; three grandchildren, Chase, Samantha, and Morgan Carver; one brother, Elvis Logsdon and his wife Connie, Munfordville, KY; a special nephew, Chad Logsdon and his wife, Janci; a special niece, Jenne Carrol; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

The family will welcome friends from 4:00- 8:00 PM CT on Thursday, June 4, 2026 and again from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM CT on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM CT on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Devine and Bro. Ronald Riordan officiating. Burial will follow at Pearl Webb Cemetery.
