Dr. Clem E. Nichols, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Clem E. Nichols Jr., M.D, age 82, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023, at his home. Dr. Nichols was a physician for 33 years at his office in Munfordville.  

He is the son of the late Clem Everett Nichols, Sr. and the late Pearl McCalvin Nichols.

He is preceded in death by his wife Jane Nichols.

He is survived by one daughter, Laura Mobley and her husband, Jeff, Elizabethtown, KY one son, Mike Nichols and his wife, Stacey, Munfordville, KY; step-children, Vincent Kyle Sims, Munfordville, KY, Angie Fredell (Mike), Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Forrest Nichols (Kayla), Stuart Nichols (Holi), Olivia Holifield (Siah), Lisabeth Douglas (Phillip), Rachel Hogan (Garrett), Rebekah Mobley; great-grandchildren, Sutton, Lainey, Warren, Jude, and Shepherd. one sister, Judy Ellzey, Bowling Green, KY, one niece Leslie Whitty (David) also survive.      

Honoring the wishes of Dr. Nichols, cremation has been chosen and there are no services scheduled at this time. Brooks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
