Gene Glass

Gene Glass, age 72 of Hardyville, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024 at his home. He was a retired factory employee in Louisville, KY after 38 years. Later he worked as a handyman around the area, building and creating many improvements for his home and others. He was saved and baptized at Hopewell Baptist Church at the age of 14. 

He is the son of the late Sanford Glass and the late Corrie Mae Trulock Glass.

He is preceded in death by his siblings, Kenneth, Freeman, Dewayne, and Leroy Glass, and Gladys Sandidge.

He is survived by his sister, Geneva Kinslow and her husband William, Linwood, KY. many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family; special friends, Erin Lockett and her husband Tarry, Hardyville, KY.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM CT at Pearl Webb Cemetery with Bro. Paul Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow there. Brooks Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
