Henry Maxey, Jr., age 84, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Allen Seminary Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Henry Maxey and the late Tennessee Young Maxey. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Wanda Maxey, brother Winford Maxey and Sister Bessie Curry. He is survived byThree Daughters: Amy Brown and husband Roger, Hardyville, KY, Fleicia Reed, Glasgow, KY., Michelle Carter, Munfordville, K y One Sister: Aileen Paul, Munfordville, KY One Brother: Ervin Maxey, Munfordville, KY. Seven Grand Children, Eight Great-Grand Children
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM CT to 1:00 PM CT, Monday, September 28, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home . Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM CT, Monday, September 28, 2015, Rev. Stanford Dixon and Rev. Keith Rowlett officiating. Interment will be at Allen Seminary Cemetery, Hardyville, KY
