H. Louise Whitlow

H. Louise Bowman Whitlow, age 91, of Louisville, KY, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. Mrs.Whitlow was a homemaker and a member of Joyners Chapel.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur Bowman and Sybil Bratcher Bowman Bradway.
She is survived by one daughter, Gayle Wood and husband Woody, Estero, FL; two brothers, Jim Bowman, Munfordville, KY, Lester "Boo" Bradway and wife Demetra, Salisbury, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Alex "Matt" Wood and wife Janell, Cindy Johnson and husband Brandon; six great-grandchildren, Anthony, Franklin, Natalie and Lyuba Johnson, Claire and, Colby Wood.
She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Whitlow; two sons, John and Eric Whitlow; three brothers, Forrest, Derritt and Arthur Bowman and a sister, Esther Tucker.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM CST to 8:00 PM CST, Friday, January 29, 2016 and from 10:00 AM CST to 1:00 PM CST, Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM CST, Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Ronald Riordan officiating. Interment will be at Horse Cave Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY.
