JoAnne Badak, age 69, of Magnolia, KY, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014, at her residence in Magnolia, KY. She was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Charles Utley and the late Josephine Boshell Utley. She is survived by four daughters, Sherry Fonseca, Magnolia, KY, Brenda Groezinger and husband Michael, Tacoma, WA, Leanne Pierce, Tacoma , WA, Tonya Rodriguez, Tacoma, WA. The family has chasen cremation. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home.
