John Allen Whitlow

John Allen Whitlow, age 72, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2011, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. He was an electrician, devoted member of the Munfordville Lions Club and a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. He was a US Navy Veteran. He was the son of the late Jacob and Annie Bell Waggoner Whitlow. He is survived by one niece: Mary Rice (Charles), Munfordville, KY; one great niece: Martrisha Perry, Cave City, KY; one aunt: Nancy Waggoner, Indianapolis, IN; great great niece & nephew: Amonty Perry, Mataya Perry. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Thomas and a brother, Ernest Whitlow. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Morning Star Baptist Church. Memorial service will be at Morning Star Baptist Church at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, August 20, 2011, Rev. Warner Fishback officiating.
