Joseph Edward Srygler, Sr. age 52, of Bonnieville, KY passed away at 8:32 PM CST Saturday, March 10, 2007, at his residence in Bonnieville, KY. The Hart county native was born in Barren county on December 5, 1954. He was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a member of the Bonnieville Masonic Lodge F & AM #851. He is survived by his wife Sharon Srygler of Bonnieville, KY; Two Daughters: Kimberly George (Duggin) of Edgewood, KY & Jessica Allan (Matt) of Covington, KY; Two Sons: Joseph Edward Srygler, Jr. (Jennifer) of Horse Cave, KY & Christopher Srygler of Amelia, OH; His Parents: Bro. Jack Srygler & Jo Ann (Butler) Srygler of Bonnieville, KY; Maternal Grandmother: Rose Butler of Bonnieville, KY; Two Sisters: Mary Rose Johnson of Franklin, KY; & Sharon K. Cox of Bonnieville, KY; Three Brothers: David J. Srygler of Canmer KY; Johnny Srygler of Hodgenville, KY; & Billy Srygler of Bonnieville, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday, March 13, 2007 and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday, March 14, 2007. Masonic rites will be conducted at 7:00 PM CDT Tuesday. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday, March 14, 2007 with Bro. Winford Smith & Bro. Dewayne Forbis officiating. Interment will be at Srygler Family Cemetery in Bonnieville, KY.
