Kenneth Coleman "Kenny" Biggs, age 76, of Canmer, KY, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017, at his residence in Canmer, KY. He was retired from Massey Ferguson and a member of Faith Independent Church. He was a US Navy Veteran.
He was the son of the late James Archie Biggs and the late Bertha Mae Melton Lile Biggs.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Biggs; one daughter, Valery Walters, Munfordville, KY; one daughter-in-law, Kim Smith, Hardyville, KY; three grandchildren, Beth Ann Qamar, Adam Smith and wife Lindsey, Ashley Finn and husband Dennis; five great grandchildren, Idris "Reese" Qamar, Lucy Abigail Smith, Leah Annabelle Smith, Caroline Grace Finn, Colbie Harper Finn; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Donnie Coleman Smith; one son-in-law, Carl Leon Walters; three sisters, Frances King, Wanda Lee Thompson, Dovie Dee Brown; 12 brothers, Charles, Eugene, Jack Hillard, Dora David, James Junior, Paul, Claude Allen, Harry and Donnie Biggs, Willie, Emmitt "Shimmy", and Dwight Lile.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, June 19, 2017 and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 19, 2017 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 19, 2017 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Locke officiating. Interment will be at Pearl Webb Cemetery, Canmer, KY.
