Lee Ann Bryant Pippin

Lee Ann Bryant Pippin, age 68, walked through the gates of Heaven on September 18,2023. At her request, she passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her family.

Ann was a hard worker who retired after a lifetime of service to others and enjoyed being a fulltime Mom & Nana. She was an absolute treasure to her family and friends, and such a blessing to everyone she met. She was a light in the dark, the calm in a storm. Her grace, strength and kindness will forever be unmatched.

She courageously battled lung disease for over a decade. She had a calm and gentle nature, with a warrior's spirit. Even in the darkest days, she never complained. She remained devoted to her family until her last breath, and her faith in God never wavered.

Ann is the daughter of the late Betty Louise Cahoe Bryant and the late Harvey Lee Bryant.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Larry Pippin Sr,  as well as their 5 children: Larry Pippin Jr (Phaedra), Jeff Pippin (Alisha), Ronnie Pippin (Paula), Angela Sloan (Jim Bob), and Deborah Bishop (David); 13 grandchildren: Garrett, Colin, Addizan, Keirsten, Jacob, Nealie, Montanna, Nicholas, Dakota, Lucas, Caily, Cara & Camilla;1 great grandchild: Dawson; 12 stepgrandchildren: Josh, Mykia, Kalia, Steven, Alax, Kaige, Autym, Aiden, Kyndahl, Asher, Kambri, and Jaxon; one sister, Brenda Carpenter (Gary) and one brother, Joe Bryant (Michelle); plus numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws she loved dearly.

ln addition to her parents, Ann is proceeded in death by a sister, Betty Yvonne Wilkerson, as well as a brother, Bill Harvey Bryant.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM CT on Friday, September 22, 2023 and again from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM CT on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CT on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Ronald Riordan officiating. Burial will follow in Whickerville Cemetery.
