Lola (Shipp) Lobb

Lola Mae Lobb, age 90, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016, at Signature Health Care in Horse Cave, KY. She was a retired beautician and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Hansford Shipp and the late Desdie Druen Shipp and wife of the late Marvin Smith "Bear" Lobb.
She is survived by one sister, Mary Magdalene Shelton, Magnolia, KY; two brothers, Donnie Shipp, Monticello, GA, James "PeeWee" Shipp and wife Olivia, Munfordville, KY; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Lilbern Shipp.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Monday, April 18, 2016 and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM CT, Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Sanders officiating. Interment will be at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, KY.
