Lona Pauline (Wood) Morgan
March 11, 1932 — July 20, 2015
Lona Pauline Wood Morgan, age 83, of Hardyville, KY, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. She professed her faith in Christ in 1976 and became a member of Church In Camner.
She was the daughter of the late Rector Wood and the late Amelia Florence Stinson Wood.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Willie Morgan, Hardyville, KY; one daughter, Debbie Ragland and husband David, Hodgenville, KY; two sons, Todd Morgan and wife Myra, Hardyville, KY, Myron Morgan and wife Brenda, Hardyville, KY; ten grand children, twelve great-grand children, two great-great-grand children and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by eleven siblings.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Friday, July 24, 2015 at Church In Camner. Funeral service will be at Church In Canmer at 1:00 PM CT, Friday, July 24, 2015, Bro Ronald Riordan and Bro. Lindell Sexton officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Hardyville, KY
