Lyle O. Upchurch

Lyle O. Upchurch Jr, age 61, of Cave City, KY, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021, at Baptist Health in Louisville, KY. He was a self employed plumber. He was the son of the late Lyle Upchurch and Janice Kannard Coffey of Muncie, IN. He was preceded in death by a son, James "JR" Cahoe.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Cynthia Upchurch; one daughter, Amanda L. Moll (Frank), Channahon, IL; three sons, Lyle A. Upchurch, and Dustin M. Upchurch both of Cave City, KY, Tony Yannos, Farmers City, IL; two sisters, Lyla Burgess, Ohio, Cindi Hancock , Muncie, IN; three brothers, David Upchurch, Billy Upchurch both of Muncie, IN, Brent Nephew, Roselle, IL; two grandchildren, Liam Moll and Eleanor Fredrickson; 5 nieces, 5 nephews; 1 great niece and 3 great nephews; and a brother-in-law, Joseph Cahoe, Cave, City, KY.

A funeral celebration will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, 50 Main Street, Munfordville, KY.
