Marshia Kaye (Bennett) Gregory

Marshia Kaye Gregory, age 64, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. Marshia was a gifted artist and crafter, a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother (YaYa), sister, and friend. She was saved as a young girl at Rock Springs Baptist Church and was a member of Rocky Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Bobby Bennett and the late Brenda McCubbin Bennett.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Gregory.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Collins and her husband Jeremy, Munfordville, KY
Shauna Franklin and her husband David, Beavercreek, OH; four grandchildren, Katie Collins, David Franklin II, Lindsey Franklin, and Colton Collins; one sister, Ruth Graves and her husband Kenny, Franklin, KY; three brothers, Jerry Bennett and his wife Janet, Hardyville, KY, Chip Bennett and his wife Penny, Park City, KY, Doug Bennett and his wife D.J., Canmer, KY

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM -8:00 PM CT on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 and again from 8:00 AM- 11:00 AM CT on Thursday, Febraury 16, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CT on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Chip Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Sulphur Springs Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
