Martha Belle (Goodman) Elmore
December 23, 1936 — June 8, 2016
Martha Belle Goodman Elmore, age 79, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at UK Chandler Medical Center. Mrs. Elmore was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Goodman and the late Edith Jaggers Goodman.
She is survived by her husband, Leamon Elmore, Jr.; two sons, James Martin, Louisville, KY, Michael Jones and wife Nancy, Louisville, KY; one son-in-law, Garry Garrison, Clarkson, KY; one grand-daughter, Marissa Adams and husband, Stephen, Louisville, KY; two great-grand children, Heidi and Henry Adams. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Valerie Garrison.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM CST to 8:00 PM CST, Sunday, June 12, 2016 and from 9:00 AM CST to 11:00 AM CST Monday, June 13, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM CST Monday June 13, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
