Mary Carol (Smith) Logsdon
February 27, 1947 — May 4, 2015
Mary Carol Logsdon, age 68, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015, at her home in Clarkson, KY. She was a homemaker and member of the Millerstown Missionary Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Wilburn Smith and the late Mae Webb Smith and the wife of the late Jerry Logsdon.
She is survived by, one son, Jason Logsdon, Shepherdsville, KY; one daughter, Paula Walters and husband Scott, Clarkson, KY; four brothers, Paul Smith and wife Betty, Priceville, KY, Gary Smith and wife Sandy, Upton, KY, Roger Smith, Upton, KY, Robin Smith, Upton, KY; five grandchildren, Lance, Kayla and Kennadi Walters and Sydney and Camden Logsdon; one great granddaughter, Kenley Walters.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Barbara Butler, Aliene Bell, Joyce Sanders, Betty Snyder and Beverly Staples; two brothers, David and Tom Smith.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Millerstown Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at Millerstown Missionary Baptist Church at 1:00 PM CT, Thursday, May 7, 2015, Bro. Stephen Copelin officiating. Interment will be at Brackett Cemetery, Upton, KY
