Opal Francis (Hornback) Butler

Opal Francis Butler, age 83, of Upton, KY, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Kensington Manor in Elizabethtown, KY. Mrs. Butler was a member of Stoney Point Missionary Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Ervin Hornback and the late Ella Ree Wease Hornback
She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Kittinger and husband Doug, Upton , KY; two sons, Roger Butler and wife Paula and Timmy Butler and fiance Teresa, both of Upton, KY; three sisters, Louise Hornback, Elizabethtown, KY; Geneva Choate, Upton, KY; Ella Mae Wease and husband John, Sonora, KY; she is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Butler; one grandchild, Chad Choate; one son-in-law, Owen Choate; one daughter-in-law, Sandy Butler; one brother-in-law, Homer Choate.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT, Saturday, November 1, 2014. and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM CT, Sunday, November 2, 2014, Bro. Joe Brooks officiating. Interment will be at Stoney Point Baptist Church Cemetery, Upton, KY
