Ophelia Davis Nuckols

Ophelia Davis Nuckols, age 92, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013, at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow, KY. Mrs. Nuckols was a homemaker and was a member of Pleasant Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Pleas Davis and the late Sally W. Garvin Davis She is survived by brother-in-laws Henry Lee Nuckols of Indianapolis,IN, Roy Maxey of Indianapolis, IN; sister-in-laws Mary Alice Sublet of Bowling Green, KY, Evelyn Nuckols of Horse Cave, KY. She is also survived by cousins, Winnie Hickman, Mary Pimpleton, Tonie Swan, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William H. Nuckols. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, August 5, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Pleasant Oak Ridge Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at Pleasant Oak Ridge Baptist Church at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 6, 2013, Rev. Glenn Woodard and Rev. Bradley Lewis officiating . Interment will be at Bearwallow Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY
