Pamela Marie Wurst, age 57 of Munfordville, KY passed away at her home on Thursday, April 16, 2026. She was a member of Munfordville Baptist Church where helped with Team Kid and was active in Sunday School. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in exercise science. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, tennis and traveling. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family.

She is the daughter of the late Melvin Pennington and the late Mary Lou Elkins.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Garry Wurst in 2023; her grandparents, Mary Virginia and Johnny Foster.

She is survived by her three children, Sophia Garrett of Cave City, KY, Edgar Charles Wurst of Magnolia, KY, and Nicholas Wurst of Magnolia, KY; eight grandchildren, Cadee, Tiki, Bubby, Adonis, Willow, Catherine, Heidi, and Larkyn; two sisters, Lucy Morales of Cave City, KY and Rhonda Beeler (Kevin) of Munfordville, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will welcome friends from 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Compton officiating. Burial will follow in the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
