Patsy J (Ward) Puckett

Patsy J Puckett, age 66, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014, at her home in Munfordville, KY. Patsy was formerly employed by Hart County Board Of Education as a Teacher's Aide and was a member of Christian Worship Center.
She was the daughter of the late Herbert Ward and the late Shirley Ward Crain
She is survived by her husband, Denny Puckett; one son, Rondell Puckett, Munfordville, KY; two sisters, Wilma Wilson and husband Kenneth, Munfordville, KY and Sharon Sallee and husband Danny, Horse Cave, KY; three nieces, Angela Blackburn, Tina Rosser and Jacquelyn Crain; two nephews, Timothy Ward and Daniel Sallee.
In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Jimmy Ward.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, May 3, 2014 and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 4, 2014, Bro. Danny Sallee officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY
