Ralph Armond Thompson

Ralph Armond Thompson, age 82, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Ky. He was a member of the Dorsey Chapel Methodist Church.

Ralph was a retired truck driver for Thompson Trucking. He enjoyed living life to the fullest with his family and friends.

He was the son of the late Armond and Mable Cottrell Thompson.

He is preceded in death by three sisters; Vanessa Thompson, Brenda Martin, and Linda Wilkerson; one brother, Doug Thompson.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sandra Kay Jaggers Thompson; one daughter, Sonya Thompson, Munfordville, KY; one son, Chip Thompson and his wife Lisa, Sedalia, Colorado; three, grandsons, Brennen Thompson-Ross, Bowling Green, KY, Benjamin Thompson, and James Thompson of Sedalia, Colorado; one brother, Kelly Thompson, Indiana; two sisters, Martha Smith, Brownsville, KY, and Patricia Thompson, Louisville, KY.

The family will welcome friends from 1:00 PM- 8:00PM CST on Saturday, December 13, 2025, and again from 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM CST on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM, CST at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. James Meredith officiating. Burial will follow at Jaggers Cemetery, Cub Run, KY.
