Rene` Srygler, age 71 of Horse Cave, KY, passed away, Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a member of New Life Faith Center and a former clerk at Goodman Law Offices. She was also a homemaker and raising her children and caring for her family was a great joy in her life.

She is the daughter of the late Frank Elliot, Jr. and Mary Carter Elliot.

She is preceded in death by four siblings, Fred Hodges, Belinda Walters, Charlotte Ann, and Frank Allen.

She is survived by three children, Tiffanee Yoder (Samuel) of Campbellsville, Ky, Micheal R. Srygler (Christina Billings) of Horse Cave, Ky, and Ashley Srygler of Lexington, Ky; three grandchildren, Snow Yoder, Belle Yoder, and Abel Yoder; three siblings, Demetra Bradway (Lester), Regenia Hodges, and Mike Elliot (Missy); her brother-in-law, Gary Walters of Bonnieville, KY; many nieces, nephews, and close church family also survive.

The family will welcome friends from 4:00-8:00 PM CT on Saturday, April 18, 2026 and again from 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM CT on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny and Sis. Renee Arterburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Memory Park Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY.
