November 25, 1939 — July 4, 2014
Robert "Bob" Walton Brown, age 74, of Cave City, KY, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014, at Baptist Health Lexington, in Lexington KY. Mr. Brown was a retired Radiology Technician, was employed by Hart County Tourism, volunteered at Munfordville Baptist Church Preschool where he was a member and a U.S. Army Veteran.
He was the son of the late W.B. Brown and the late Mattie Lou Parrish Brown
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Brown; one son, Scott Brown and wife Natalie, Owensboro, KY; two daughters, Amy Loyall and husband Jeff, Munfordville, KY and Staci Davis and husband Scott, Versailles, KY; four grandchildren, Caitlin & Eric Brown and Faith Ann & Laney Davis; his mother in law Dorothy Buckles.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, July 7, 2014 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home in Munfordville, KY. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014, Pastor John Smith officiating. Interment will be at Hiseville Cemetery, Hiseville, KY
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Munfordville Baptist Church Pre-School. Donations can be left at Brooks Funeral Home.
