Robert "Peewee" J Atwell

Robert J "Peewee" Atwell, age 87, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. Mr. Atwell was a retired Farmer a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
He was the son of the late Alford Atwell and the late Flossie Bell Warren Atwell
He is survived by his wife, Louetta Atwell, Horse Cave; two daughters, Carolyn Sue Clymer, Monroe, KY, Janice Ann Perkin and husband Tommy, Hodgenville, KY; two sons, Bennie Atwell and wife Gayle, Bowling Green, KY, Michael Atwell and wife Rhonda, Munfordville, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Monday, August 25, 2014 and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM CT, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 10:00 AM CT, Tuesday, August 26, 2014, Bro. Walter Wayne Milby officiating. Interment will be at Macedonia Cemetery, Donansburg, KY
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Norton's Childrens Hospital in Louisville, KY. Donations may be left at Brooks Funeral Home
