Vanessa Dale Avery, age 61, of Magnolia, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY. She was a homemaker and a member of Ladies Chapel United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Lexie Morris and the late Ruth Neal Whited.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Avery; two sons: Jason Avery , Pascal, KY, Brandon Avery and wife Lori, Magnolia, KY; three sisters: Dorothy Gartee, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Linda Taylor, Michigan, Teresa Hanning, Michigan; two brothers: Alan Whited, Arkansas, Ray Whited, Brandenburg , KY; two grandchildren: Anna Avery, Cole Avery; step father, William H. Whited, Glasgow, KY; and extended family in MI. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Gore.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 4:00 pm CT Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 280 Eve Hwy, Magnolia, KY. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 50 Main Street, Munfordville, KY.
