Wayne Thomas Leach

Wayne Thomas Leach, age 74, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Tj Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Ky. He was a retired fire fighter for the Georgetown Fire Department in Georgetown, Ky. Wayne was also a retired Navy veteran who served as a medic in Vietnam. He enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. and Betty Jean Leach; one son Derek Leach; a brother, Larry Leach.

Wayne is survived by one daughter, Kellie Leach (Todd), Bowling Green,KY; four grandchildren, K.J, Kingston, Santana, and Karajah; a special caregiver Wanda Ray, Magnolia, KY; one sister, Ingrid Leach also survives.

Visitation will take place on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 4:00- 8:00 PM. CST, at the Brooks Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be on Tuesday, December 16, 2026, at 12:30 PM CST, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, KY.
