William F. "Bill" Hill

William Francis "Bill" Hill, age 92, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at his residence in Leitchfield, KY. He was a chemist, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a US Navy Veteran.
He was the son of the late William Hill and the late Ida Beckler Hill. He was the husband of the late Hazel Willett Hill and Oleta Mae "Jo" Hill who survives.
He is also survived by one daughter, Theresa "Terry" Hill, Louisville, KY; two step children, Diana Lester and husband Ronnie, Shepherdsville, KY, Rocky VanMeter, Leitchfield, KY; five step grandchildren, Iva Lester, Jake, Bobby, Carley and Lauren VanMeter; nine step great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Agnes Hill, Louisville, KY; several nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and one sister.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Jock United Baptist Church, Bee Spring, KY and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM ET, Monday, October 13, 2014 at St. James Catholic Church in Louisville, KY. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM ET, Monday, October 13, 2014 at St. James Catholic Church with Deacon Louis Dugan officiating. Interment will be at Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, KY.
