Yvonne Coats

Yvonne Coats, age 75, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Monday, June 6, 2011, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. She was retired from Kroger, an active member of the Voices of Woodsonville, President of the Senior Choir, served on the WBC Missionary board, participated in Woman in White and a member of Woodsonville Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Conrad Crenshaw and the late Velma Crenshaw. She was the wife of the late Freddie Lee Coats. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Lee Coats; brothers Winfred, Roger and Sheldon Crenshaw and sister, Zola Mae Driver. She is survived by four daughters: Susan Fall (Adama), Lisa Coats, Tonya Coats, Jill Coats, all of Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren: Cynthia A. Bennett (Tracey), Robert Fredrick Jones (Jerica); two great granddaughters: Cyniah & Taliyah Bennett; four sisters: Mary A. Clark (Lindbergh), Rozetta Sears (Paul), Janice Crenshaw, Gloria Bradley (David); seven brothers: Glenn Crenshaw (Marie), Lloyd Crenshaw (Mamie), Jasper Crenshaw (Cynthia), Wendell Crenshaw, Dewey Crenshaw (Dave Etta), Niven Crenshaw (Carolyn), Conrad Crenshaw (Jeanne); a host of brothers-in-laws, sisters-inlaw, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, June 10, 2011 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Woodsonville Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at Woodsonville Baptist Church at 11:30 AM, Saturday, June 11, 2011, Rev. Floyd Crenshaw and Rev. K. T. Ford officiating. Interment will be at Woodsonville Memorial Gardens, Munfordville, KY.
