Zelma Mae Murphy

Zelma Mae Murphy, age 91, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at her residence in Munfordville, Ky. She was formerly employed by Louisville Bedding Company and was a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Cesna Logsdon and the late Flora (Hester) Logsdon and the wife of the late Hubert Crump and the late Joseph H. Murphy. She is survived by two daughters: Lorene Wilkerson (Glendal), Munfordville, KY; Helen Trulock, Bowling Green, KY: two sisters: Evelyn Cruse, Sonora, KY; Lillian Sweet, Horse Cave, KY; six grandchildren: Sharon Burden (Larry), Darrell Wilkerson, Linda Stewart (Jessie), Teresa Wilkerson, Kevin Trulock (Lynn), Kathy Trulock; eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husbands and parents she was preceded in death by her son-in-law Royice O. Trulock. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Thursday December 29, 2011 and from 9:00 am, Friday till time of service December 30, 2011. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Friday, December 30, 2011 at Brooks Funeral Home with Pastor Mark B. Hale officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
