Sue (Puckett) Spradlin

Sue Spradlin, age 72, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Medical Center at Caverna in Horse Cave, KY. She was retired from Caverna Memorial Hospital where she worked as a dietician and attended Munfordville Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Clayborn Puckett and the late Mandy Barnes Puckett. She was also preceded by 13 siblings.

She is survived by her husband, Burnice Mitchell Spradlin, Jr.; one son, Matt Spradlin (Kim), Horse Cave, KY; two grandchildren, Zachary Spradlin and Alice Spradlin. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, March 22, 2021 at Brooks Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Monday, March 22, 2021 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Hines officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Beulah Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
